दर सोमवारी महिलांसाठी लोकशाही दिन: पुणे। दि. ८ (प्रतिनिधी)
महिलांची गार्‍हाणी ऐकण्यासाठी राज्यात मंत्रालयापासून ते स्थानिक पातळीपर्यंत दर सोमवारी महिला लोकशाही दिवस केला जाईल. यामध्ये केवळ महिला व महिला अधिकारी उपस्थित असतील, अशी घोषणा करीत मुख्यमंत्री पृथ्वीराज चव्हाण यांनी महिला दिनाची खास भेट दिली. हजारो महिलांनी टाळय़ांचा कडकडाट करीत या घोषणेचे स्वागत केले.
म्हाळुंगे- बालेवाडी येथील श्री छत्रपती शिवाजी क्रीडा संकुलात महिला दिनानिमित्त महिला व बाल कल्याण विभागातर्फे आयोजित कार्यक्रमात खेळाडु, उद्योजक आणि सामाजिक कार्यकर्त्यांचा गौरव करण्यात आला. कार्यक्रमास राज्याच्या विविध भागातील महिला उपस्थित होत्या.
मुख्यमंत्री म्हणाले, ‘‘दुसर्‍या सोमवारी राज्य स्तरावर, तिसर्‍या सोमवारी आयुक्त व त्याखालील स्तरावर आणि चौथ्या सोमवारी तालुका स्तरावर महिलांची गार्‍हाणी ऐकली जातील. या सर्व ठिकाणी महिला अधिकारी किंवा महिला मंत्री उपस्थित असतील. राज्याच्या महिलांच्या राजकीय सक्षमीकरणात महाराष्ट्र शेजारील राज्यांच्या पुढे एक पाऊल आहे. खासदार,आमदार, महापौर म्हणून महिला पुढे येत आहेत. मात्र सामाजिक सक्षमता महिलांसाठी निर्माण झालेली नाही. महिलांविषयी असलेली मानसिकता बदलता आलेली नाही ती बदलता आली तरच महाराष्ट्राला पुरोगामी म्हणता येईल, असेही ते म्हणाले.

महिला आयोगाच्या अध्यक्षपदी नियुक्ती करण्याबाबत मुख्यमंत्री जो निर्णय घेतील तो राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेसला मान्य असेल, मात्र, ही नियुक्ती केली जावी, अशी अपेक्षा उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार यांनी व्यक्त केली. तिसर्‍या महिला धोरणाच्या मसुद्यावर विधीमंडळ अधिवेशनात खास चर्चा केली जाईल, असेही त्यांनी सांगितले.
