The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has started installing 175 closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras at six civic hospitals including Yashwantrao Chavan Memorial Hospital (YCMH), water treatment plants and the main office building at a total expenditure of around Rs 4.5 crore.

Board exams start on Tuesday, parents file complaint against D Y Patil School for holding back hall tickets
The Dr D Y Patil Public School, Pimpri, has allegedly “threatened” to disallow many students from sitting for the Class X Board examinations if they refuse to submit the fee for the current academic year. The school administration and parents are locked in a conflict, with latter alleging that the fee hike by the school was illegal.
